Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join our agile team. This role is essential in facilitating seamless communication between sales, customers, and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products and exceptional customer service. Duties - Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by processing orders, preparing quotations, and assisting with customer inquiries. - Coordinate with logistics providers to arrange shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any transportation issues promptly. - Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, shipping documentation, and inventory movements. - Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and potential delays to ensure high levels of satisfaction. - Assist in managing inventory levels by monitoring stock availability and coordinating replenishments as needed. - Collaborate with internal departments such as procurement and warehouse teams to streamline order fulfillment processes. - Support the development of sales reports and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout all logistical activities. Experience - Minimum of two years of experience in sales support, logistics coordination, or customer service roles within a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail. - Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. - Familiarity with order management systems, CRM software, or logistics platforms is preferred. - Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards resolving operational challenges. - Knowledge of basic sales principles and supply chain processes will be advantageous.
