Insurance Advisor Assistant (North York)

Due to continued growth, Element Insurance is expanding our team and seeking an In-House Personal & Commercial Lines Sales Advisor to join our organization. Job Summary - Manage and grow a portfolio of Personal Lines and Commercial Lines business. - Work in a high-energy environment responding to inbound client inquiries while proactively identifying new sales opportunities Key Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day client management and account maintenance for Personal Lines accounts; act as a primary point of contact and maintain strong client and insurer relationships. - Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, payments, and general inquiries. - Review and assess coverage needs, identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities as client needs evolve. - Initiate, negotiate, and process policy renewals. - Prepare and issue confirmations of insurance. - Manage claims submissions and advocate for clients throughout the claims process. - Respond to incoming phone calls and online quote requests. - Generate new business opportunities and achieve individual sales targets in alignment with company goals. Qualifications & Skills - RIBO license required. - Robust passion for sales and client service. - Excellent communication and telephone skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. - Strong attention to detail and follow-through. - Mandarin or Cantonese speaking is an asset.
