Welder (Vaughan)

Toro Railings is seeking a skilled and dependable Welder to join our team in a unionized manufacturing workplace. This existing role is well-suited for a quality-focused professional with strong welding experience and a commitment to safety and craftsmanship. This role is Monday to Thursday, 7:30am-4:00pm shift (though may be asked from time to time to also work Fridays as business needs may require). Job Duties - Set up and operate welding machines according to instructions and specifications - Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and job instructions to complete welding work accurately - Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet required quality standards - Inspect finished products for accuracy and compliance with specifications - Complete all required production, quality, and safety documentation in a timely manner - Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, tools, and equipment - Follow all company and union safety rules, policies, and procedures at all times - Perform other general duties as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor Requirements - Valid CWB (Canadian Welding Bureau) certification is required - Proven experience with MIG and TIG welding, particularly in structural welding applications - Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications - Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship - Ability to work effectively in a unionized environment and as part of a team Compensation: $31.90 per hour Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2olelt
