Fastfrate Integrated Logistics is seeking an organized professional to facilitate daily logistics operations. You will coordinate activities related to load booking, order closures, and monitor shipment performance. Your proactive communication with customers and carriers will be key to resolving operational issues and enhancing service reliability.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee logistics operations for customer accounts • Provide timely updates on shipment status and ETAs • Work with dispatch and carriers to ensure efficiency • Solve delivery delays and service exceptions • Document operations accurately in TMS

Requirements: • Experience with intermodal and cross-border shipping • Familiarity with full-truckload and less-than-truckload operations • Strong decision-making and multitasking skills • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to build relationships with carriers and customers
