About us RIBO Licensed Customer Service Specialist We are an established property and casualty insurance brokerage specializing in affinity market insurance products. We are interviewing candidates who are experienced, energetic, and enthusiastic to fill the position of RIBO licensed Personal Lines Customer Service Specialist to service an existing book of business comprised of long term multi-line house accounts. Duties include - Servicing existing clients - Reviewing renewals for premium and coverage changes - Remarketing house accounts as required - Cross selling monoline house accounts - Opportunities to earn additional income through rounding of accounts and writing of new business Requirements: - RIBO license MANDATORY - Experience with EPIC - Experience with Applied Rating Services (formerly Compu-Quote) - Experience with multiple markets - Minimum 2 years personal lines brokerage experience - CIP or CAIB an asset but not required All applications and information contained therein will be treated as strictly confidential.
