Role Description This is a full time, on-site role located in North York, ON, for a Technical Service Specialist / Field Service Technician. The role involves providing technical services and support, including installation, maintenance, and repair of laboratory equipment. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of equipment-related concerns. Additional responsibilities include conducting routine maintenance, documenting work, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
