Foreman - Water & Sewer (North York)

OJCR Construction Ltd. is a growing civil construction company specializing in underground infrastructure, excavation, and site servicing. We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead crews and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Responsibilities - Lead daily construction activities that include but are not limited to: excavation, shoring, use of trench boxes, enhanced shoring, dewatering, installation of sewer, storm and/or water pipes - Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, locates, etc - Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed - Coordinate equipment, materials, and labour requirements - Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors - Maintain job site productivity and quality standards Requirements - 5+ years experience in civil construction or underground services - Previous foreman experience - Robust leadership and communication skills - Knowledge of site servicing, trenching, and pipe installation - Training records (Working at heights, confined space, etc) - Valid driver’s license - Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions - English language proficiency Business information: At OJCR Construction we pride ourselves in our commitment to customer satisfaction.
