POSTING: Front Desk High-rise residential condominium MUST HAVE: - 2 Years Residential Condo Experience. - Valid Security Guard License - Clean Criminal & Judicial Record Check. JOB DUTIES: + Monitoring video surveillance; + Front desk duties & access control. + Performing property patrols. + Parking enforcement. + Maintaining logs & reporting incidents. + Dealing with residents. + Emergency Protocols. REQUIREMENTS: + Valid Ontario Security License. + First Aid & CPR. + Residential Condominium security experience.
