Experienced Analytical Chemist Needed (Vaughan)

Join LGC as an Experienced Analytical Chemist focused on quality control in chemical analysis. This role demands integrity, high attention to detail, and adherence to analytical procedures.

In this level 2 position, you will conduct precise analysis of chemicals from various sources. You will be responsible for accurately interpreting data, building analytical records, and ensuring compliance with procedural documentation. Engage in routine instrument maintenance and contribute your robust analytical skills to identify out-of-specification results.

Key Responsibilities: • Perform daily experiments on various chemicals • Accurately build Analytical Result Records process • Report findings in adherence with strict guidelines • Identify and resolve basic non-conformance issues • Assist in calibrating and maintaining analytical instruments

Requirements: • B.Sc. in Chemistry with 1+ years of relevant experience • Good theoretical grounding in NMR and MS • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle stress while managing multiple priorities
