Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Boutique Pilates Instructor to join our wellness team. Duties - Lead engaging and effective Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels, ensuring safety and proper technique. - Provide personalized instruction and modifications to accommodate individual client needs. - Foster a welcoming and motivating atmosphere that encourages client retention and satisfaction. - Communicate clearly with clients regarding class schedules, progress, and wellness tips. Experience - Proven experience teaching Pilates with certification from a recognized organization preferred. - Strong communication skills in English. - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. - Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and motivate clients during classes. - Prior experience working in boutique fitness settings or small studios is a plus.
