Technical Services Technician (Vaughan)

Overview: $17.90 / hour This is a vacant position. The starting wage for this position is $17.90/ hour. Candidates must be a minimum age of 18 years. You’ll also… - Provide daily preventive maintenance - Install, rebuild, troubleshoot, and repair electronic equipment as required - Respond to down calls, troubleshoot and perform repairs on assigned equipment as they arise - Install, operate and strike festivals, concerts, firework presentations, group events and other special events as assigned - Maintain a daily log of events and repairs for use by the following shift and to plan long term maintenance - Ensure cleanliness in the workplace and provide a safe working environment for you and others - May maintain sufficient stock supplies on location, as well as informing supervisors of stock shortages in a timely manner - May set up and strike tables, chairs and small video systems - Provide technical support to the Entertainment Department, show programs and perform other departments as needed - Assist with other duties as assigned The following are duties to be performed in the regular inspection and startup of various games as assigned: - May calibrate speeds on competition games and assist in the installation of new equipment as required - May check and clean coin mechanisms and revamp all games machines as required - May change filters and clean screens, as well as replace water on the water games on a weekly basis Some of our amazing perks and benefits: - FREE Admission to Canada’s Wonderland and other parks! - Earn promotional tickets for friends & family! - 20% discount on Merchandise and at select Food locations; employee cafeteria with discounted food. - FREE and/or discounted admission to many Ontario attractions. - Work with a diverse team in a fun workplace. - Employee events with RIDES, GAMES, and FREE FOOD!
