Metropark Realty is seeking motivated and professional Sales Representatives to support the sales and marketing of pre-construction residential developments (low rise and high rise) across the Greater Toronto Area. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a passion for real estate, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Working from presentation centres, you will play a key role in guiding prospective purchasers and real estate agents through the home buying process—from initial inquiry to contract execution—while delivering exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Experience - Welcome visitors to the presentation centre, ensuring a professional and engaging first impression - Qualify prospective buyers and guide them toward appropriate home offerings - Present detailed information on communities, including floor plans, features, and pricing - Conduct appointments and walkthroughs of inventory homes as required Realtor & Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and industry partners - Provide ongoing support, project updates, and sales program information to stakeholders Sales Operations & Administration - Prepare, review, and manage Agreements of Purchase and Sale (APS) and related documentation - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records - Assist with the initial set up and day-to-day appearance and upkeep of the presentation centre. Market Intelligence & Reporting - Monitor competitor activity - Compile and submit regular reports on sales activity and presentation centre traffic. Collaboration & Project Support - Work closely with internal teams including marketing and leadership - Support project launches, promotions, and special initiatives - Assist with setup, maintenance, and presentation of sales centres and model homes Qualifications & Skills - Valid Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License (required or in progress) - Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in pre-construction or new home sales - Strong understanding of real estate transactions, including Agreements of Purchase and Sale - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and digital sales tools (e.g., DocuSign) - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Preferred Assets - Experience in pre-construction or new home sales environments preferred but not required - Familiarity with development timelines, construction (low rise or high rise) terminology, and project launches Work Workplace & Opportunity - Commission based sales position. - Dynamic, team-oriented environment with strong collaboration - Opportunity to work on high-profile residential developments - Work environment that requires flexibility and initiative Typical Presentation Centre Hours - Monday to Thursday: 1:00 to 7:00 pm - Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 am to 5:00 pm - Flexibility required based on project needs and launch schedules About Metropark Realty Greenpark’s official brokerage since 1987 Metropark was one of the first real estate firms to focus exclusively on pre-construction home sales in the GTA.
