Responsible for the repair and preventative maintenance of building equipment (Shrink wrappers, automatic freezer doors, HVAC units, UPS, lighting, garbage compacting equipment, fire doors, emergency generator, fire alarm systems, MHE, overhead doors, dock plates, trailer restrains, racking, garbage handling equipment, etc Ce que vous ferez... - Perform repair and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment, including Pallet wrappers, HVAC units, UPS, lighting, garbage compacting equipment, emergency generators, fire protection system, MHE, overhead doors, dock plates, trailer restraints, racking systems, and other key facility components. - Support CMMS by managing and prioritizing maintenance requests, logging work orders, and tracking equipment maintenance history. - Promote a culture of health and safety within the team and adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. - Follow equipment manufacturer guidelines and company procedures to ensure all tasks are performed to the highest standard. - Adhere to provincial laws, company training standards, and regulatory requirements when performing duties. - Ensure compliance with lock-out/tag-out procedures to maintain a safe working environment. - Assist with maintaining the proper inventory of maintenance supplies, parts, and equipment. - Assist with painting and refurbishing various parts of the building, including racks, floor lines, doors, walls, and other surfaces to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. - Maintain high productivity and cleanliness standards in accordance with company policies and procedures. - Operate walk-behind and ride-on scrubbers to maintain floor cleanliness. - Maintain cleanliness around the warehouse, including emptying garbage bins regularly. - Use a pressure washer to clean plastic totes, bins, and wooden skids. - Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workplace across the facility. - Support additional maintenance duties as assigned. The pay range for this position is $27.47 - $31.56/hr. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience. ‎ L’échelle salariale pour ce poste est de 27.47 à 31.56 $/h. .
