Key Responsibilities: Optimize current processes and eliminate inefficiencies Conduct data analysis to influence improvements Design and implement ergonomic solutions and tooling Monitor production to ensure compliance with standards Lead projects focusing on waste reduction and process flow Requirements: B.Sc. in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing role Demonstrated expertise in Lean methodologies Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with mechanical and electrical design documents Make a lasting impact at CMI by enhancing recycling processes and fostering sustainable practices.
