The successful candidate will be trained on our software and be mentored to grow professionally. Responsibilities & Duties: Answer calls and emails from potential new customers or existing customers Provide exceptional customer service by answering customer's questions and offering suggestions on how to address their signage needs Produce mock-ups for quotes if required Produce and send out quotes and follow up to close as many quotes as possible Set up graphic files for production Act as a "Project Manager" for each order to ensure that production has everything to produce signs and that projects are scheduled properly to meet customer's deadlines Contact and manage vendors for outsourced work and parts Capture, edit and manipulate images using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AI Prospect and contact potential customers and follow up on potential leads Other duties as needed Qualifications & Skills: Experience in the Sign or Printing industry Excellent communication skills in English Basic graphic design capabilities Strong attention to detail Ability to develop comprehensive layouts and produce marketing collateral Previous experience in sales, customer service, graphic design, or other related fields Ability to build rapport and develop relationships with new and existing clients Strong drive to learn, flexible, and adaptable Driver's license would be an asset to do site visits Job Type: Full time Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour Perks Casual dress Extended health care Flexible schedule In office parking Paid time off Experience: Graphic design: 1 year (preferred) Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Sign industry: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2p3g4a
