Job Description Project Scheduler – A pivotal role supporting the delivery of complex infrastructure projects through schedule development, monitoring, and performance reporting. The Opportunity – Build the Future with Us As a Project Scheduler, you will work closely with project managers and technical teams to develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules that drive performance, transparency, and informed decision‑making. Responsibilities - Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules across all phases of project delivery. - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and project controls teams to align schedules with scope, cost, and risk. - Monitor project progress, identify schedule variances, and support the development of mitigation and recovery plans. - Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and progress updates for internal and external stakeholders. - Support baseline development, change management, and forecasting activities. - Apply scheduling best practices to support consistent project controls across portfolios. - Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling processes, tools, and standards. Qualifications - Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. - Approximately 4–7 years of experience in project scheduling or project controls within engineering, construction, or infrastructure environments. - Proficiency with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project. - Strong understanding of critical path methodology (CPM) and schedule risk concepts. - Experience supporting multidisciplinary or large‑scale projects. - Robust analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. - Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse project teams.
