Construction Project Manager North York

Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within the construction industry while working alongside experienced project managers and gaining hands-on field and office experience. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and reviewing project plans, drawings, and specifications Support scheduling, budgeting, and tracking using tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 Help prepare project estimates and monitor budgets Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Track project timelines to ensure deadlines are met Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance Assist in managing project documentation, change orders, and contracts Participate in project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders Identify and help resolve project issues proactively Support implementation of best practices to improve efficiency and cost control Qualifications & Requirements 1–3 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or related field Strong understanding of construction drawings, blueprints, and schematics Excellent organizational and time-management skills Robust communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites across the GTA Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred) What We Offer Growth opportunities within a quick-growing company Exposure to large-scale multi-residential renovation projects Team-oriented and supportive team environment Competitive compensation Opportunity to work with industry-leading tools and systems Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental care Extended health care On-site parking Paid time off Vision care Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2p5nbj
