Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Visual Merchandiser role based in Vaughan, ON. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating captivating window and in-store displays that align with Banana Republic’s brand image and seasonal guidelines. Daily responsibilities include executing merchandising plans, arranging creative and eye-catching product displays, supporting promotional events, and collaborating with the store team to ensure an inviting shopping environment. This role requires maintaining visual standards and customer-friendly aesthetics to drive sales and enhance customer experiences. Qualifications - Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and customers. - Previous experience in Retail, with a focus on visual merchandising, is strongly preferred. - Robust Customer Service and Sales skills to deliver an exceptional in-store experience for shoppers. - Proficiency in developing and executing impactful Window Displays and visual storytelling designs. - Attention to detail and a creative mindset to sustain high-quality visual standards and brand consistency. - Flexibility to work variable schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in a retail environment. - Passion for fashion, design, and the Banana Republic brand.
