Security Concierge (Night Shifts) (Vaughan)

Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent About the Opportunity Northern Force Security Inc. is currently hiring a Part-Time Security Concierge for a condominium in North York. This is a current opening, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced security professional to join a growing team. The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-focused, and committed to maintaining a secure and welcoming residential environment. Schedule - Saturday & Sunday 3 pm- 11 pm - Flexibility required based on operational needs Key Responsibilities - Provide professional and courteous customer service to residents, guests, and contractors - Monitor and control building access, including visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures - Conduct regular patrols of the property (interior and exterior) - Monitor CCTV systems and alarms to ensure building security - Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and resident concerns - Enforce property rules, policies, and safety procedures - Maintain accurate daily logs and incident reports - Manage amenity bookings, including party room reservations - Answer resident inquiries and provide general assistance - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized concierge/security desk - Liaise with emergency services when required - Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements - Valid Ontario Security Guard License (required) - Minimum 1–3 years of security experience (condominium experience preferred) - Minimum 3 years of customer service experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities - Strong attention to detail and observational skills - Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations - Basic computer proficiency - Strong telephone etiquette - Ability to follow policies, procedures, and protocols Assets (Preferred Qualifications) - Parking Enforcement Certification - First Aid & CPR Level C Certification - Previous concierge experience (2+ years) - Experience working in a condominium environment Accessibility & Inclusion Northern Force Security Inc. is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible workplace.
