Become a pivotal CI Engineer in the Greater Toronto Area, spearheading process optimization efforts to boost manufacturing productivity. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. As a CI Engineer, you will work under the CI Manager to enhance production processes by analyzing workflows and identifying inefficiencies. The role requires leading efforts in capacity planning, equipment utilization, and implementing methodologies like PDCA and KATA to ensure production excellence.
