Description
Executive Support Manage and optimize the Founder’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting materials, and follow-up action items. Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Assist with inbox management and ensure timely responses to clients and stakeholders. Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and qualified correspondence. Client & Relationship Management Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and business partners. Coordinate client onboarding, document collection, and engagement workflows. Maintain accurate client records and communication logs. Ensure exceptional client service and timely follow-up on requests. Operations & Administrative Support Support day-to-day firm operations and special projects. Maintain filing systems, databases, and CRM records. Assist with document management, electronic signatures, and workflow tracking. Coordinate events, webinars, networking activities, and client appreciation initiatives. Help implement and improve administrative processes and efficiencies. Project Coordination Track key initiatives and ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate with team members on projects, deliverables, and client engagements. Prepare status updates and progress reports for leadership. Support strategic initiatives and business development activities. Confidentiality & Professionalism Handle sensitive financial, tax, client, and business information with the highest level of confidentiality.
