Description
Executive Support - Manage and optimize the Founder’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. - Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting materials, and follow-up action items. - Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence. - Assist with inbox management and ensure timely responses to clients and stakeholders. - Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and skilled correspondence. Client & Relationship Management - Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and business partners. - Coordinate client onboarding, document collection, and engagement workflows. - Maintain accurate client records and communication logs. - Ensure exceptional client service and timely follow-up on requests. Operations & Administrative Support - Support day-to-day firm operations and special projects. - Maintain filing systems, databases, and CRM records. - Assist with document management, electronic signatures, and workflow tracking. - Coordinate events, webinars, networking activities, and client appreciation initiatives. - Help implement and improve administrative processes and efficiencies. Project Coordination - Track key initiatives and ensure deadlines are met. - Coordinate with team members on projects, deliverables, and client engagements. - Prepare status updates and progress reports for leadership. - Support strategic initiatives and business development activities. Confidentiality & Professionalism - Handle sensitive financial, tax, client, and business information with the highest level of confidentiality. - Exercise sound judgment and discretion in all interactions.
