The Commissary is a boutique food hall where our world‑class Food&Beverage Team delivers Everyday Luxury dining experiences exclusively for our people. It serves as a private oasis designed to nourish, inspire, and bring our community together. Position Overview
As the Overnight Sous Chef, Commissary, you will prepare food offerings with the highest level of culinary expertise, ensuring seamless kitchen operations and an Everyday Luxury experience for all guests. Responsibilities
Support with leading a high‑performing Food&Beverage team. Assist in curating a highly engaging, fun, and shareable product assortment. Prepare an exceptional product offering. Uphold standards of operational excellence in the kitchen. Ensure the kitchen is equipped with best‑in‑class preparation and service equipment. Qualifications
Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in Food Safety (Certification is an asset). Red Seal Certification, OHFA (Asset). Commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business&People Leadership principles. Ability to collaborate fluently with cross‑functional partners. Demonstrated commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business. Ability to work a set schedule Sunday – Thursday from 7:30pm – 4:00am (holidays as needed). Compensation
