Key Responsibilities:• Supervise aquatic activities and respond to emergencies • Conduct swim lessons and Aquafit classes • Assist with maintaining pool safety and cleanliness • Develop and implement effective lesson plans • Work collaboratively with staff to ensure safety

Requirements:• Age requirement of 16‑30 years at start • Must have a valid Social Insurance Number • Lifeguard certification and related experience • Excellent communication and leadership abilities • Dedication to YMCA’s mission and values
