As a Procurement Coordinator, you will oversee the end-to-end process of open purchase orders. Essential duties include tracking delivery statuses, ensuring ERP data accuracy, and mitigating supply risks with proactive communication. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining supplier relationships and supporting logistical alignment with the Master Supply Plan.

Key Responsibilities:• Act as the primary contact for vendor inquiries • Monitor inbound shipments for timely deliveries • Escalate critical supply issues immediately • Maintain accurate ERP records for order statuses • Prepare updates on shipment delays and risks

Requirements:• Minimum 1 year experience in procurement coordination • Diploma or degree in Supply Chain or related field • Strong organizational and communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems • High attention to detail in managing multiple orders
