POSTING: Front Desk High-rise residential condominium MUST HAVE: 2 Years Residential Condo Experience. Valid Security Guard License Clean Criminal & Judicial Record Check. JOB DUTIES: Monitoring video surveillance; Front desk duties & access control. Performing property patrols. Parking enforcement. Maintaining logs & reporting incidents. Dealing with residents. Emergency Protocols. REQUIREMENTS: Valid Ontario Security License. First Aid & CPR. Residential Condominium security experience. (2 years must) Onsite training will be provided (unpaid).
