This full-time position requires previous retail and paint experience, including tinting, matching, and customer service excellence. You'll assist both retail and commercial clients while efficiently using our POS system during store hours. No evenings or Sundays are required.

Key Responsibilities:• Tint and mix paint for customer orders • Communicate with clients in-store and over the phone • Serve both retail and commercial customers • Provide product suggestions and custom colour matching • Operate the POS system and manage phone inquiries

Requirements:• Minimum three years of retail paint experience • Strong customer service and attention to detail • Self-motivated, punctual, and reliable • Ability to lift paint products up to 50 lbs • Fluent in English
