Responsibilities Prepare and cook grilled dishes such as seafood, steaks, and other menu items. Ensure all food is cooked to the highest standards of quality and safety. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station. Coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency. Assist in food prep during busy hours to support smooth kitchen operations. Adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation standards. Support team members in a quick-paced setting to meet service goals. Qualifications experience as a Grill Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting. Solid knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed. Knowledge and experience in cooking Italian cuisine is required. Leadership qualities for supervising junior staff are a plus.
