Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. Duties - Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. - Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling dishes. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. - Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed to maintain quality and safety. - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours. - Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist in ordering as needed. - Participate in daily kitchen operations, including cleaning equipment and workstations.
