Overview HF Commerce Corp., operating under Bedely Cosmetics, is seeking a Wholesale Establishment Manager to oversee retail and wholesale operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily business activities, supervising staff, and ensuring effective operations while supporting business growth. Responsibilities Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate retail and wholesale operations Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance management Develop and implement sales strategies and pricing policies Negotiate with suppliers and maintain vendor relationships Oversee inventory management and procurement processes Monitor financial performance and manage budgets Implement marketing and promotional activities Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations Analyze sales performance and prepare reports Support business growth by identifying new opportunities Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field OR 2–5 years of management experience in retail or wholesale Strong leadership and team management skills Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify) Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software Solid communication and organizational skills Fluency in English Pay: $45.00 per hour Advantages: Casual dress In office parking Paid time off Store discount Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pn1o8
