Store General Manager– Pro Hockey Life

Responsible for all aspects of store performance including sales, profitability, operations, and team culture. Sales&Profitability Drive sales and profitability across all business areas. Manage P&L; statements and wage cost management under guidance of District Manager. Control and monitor expense and cost management. Maintain superior store presentation and protect company assets. Develop community engagement partnerships with local MHA’s. Manage capacity and change initiatives. Customer Service

Champion and deliver Pro Hockey Life’s Customer Experience Model. Achieve staff product knowledge and fit etiquette training targets. Reach Net

Promoter individual store targets. Serve as ambassador of Canadian Tire’s Triangle Rewards Program. Provide ongoing feedback and coaching using Store Force Reporting, daily huddles, and performance evaluation programs. Store Operations

Execute PHL’s visual compliance, store maintenance, and pricing standards. Utilize and meet all store operating initiatives within required timelines. Deliver annual corporate shrink targets through inventory control. Ensure compliance with corporate LP, cash, and audit policies and OH&S; procedures. Manage weekly scheduling, roster, and wage cost optimization. Leverage Store

Force data for sales and support efficiency. Training&Development Coach and develop store and management team. Execute weekly plans and support training completion. Hold team accountable for required training timelines. Resolve Customer Concerns

Resolve customer concerns. Establish succession plans through training and HR partnership. Maintain and execute PHL performance management expectations. Support community engagement initiatives. Demonstrated ability to build and manage daily store execution plan. Qualifications

Solid understanding of P&L; and OPEX control, including wage cost management. Superior training and coaching skills. Five or more years of retail management experience. High energy and enthusiasm for sales success. Benefits
