Process Engineer for Industrial Projects, Vaughan

Join WSP as a Process Engineer focusing on industrial and mining projects in Ontario, Canada. You will design and optimize systems while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

In this role, you will support the process discipline for large-scale EPCM projects. Your expertise will involve conducting energy balances, process modeling, and developing technical documentation. You will work closely with mechanical, electrical, and project management teams to ensure integrated project delivery and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:• Design and optimize process systems for various applications • Conduct mass and energy balances and equipment sizing • Develop PFDs, P&IDs, and technical documentation• Collaborate with project teams on delivery execution • Support hazard assessments and compliance evaluations

Requirements:• Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering or related field • P.Eng. registration or near completion • 6-12 years of experience in process design • Proficiency in process simulation software • Familiarity with safety lifecycle methodologies
