Nurse Injector & Working Partner (Woodbridge)

MedSpa – Vaughan, Ontario Our MedSpa is seeking an experienced Nurse Injector who is looking for more than a traditional employment opportunity. We are looking for a motivated, growth-oriented professional to join our clinic as a Working Partner, helping build and expand a premium medical aesthetics brand in Vaughan. This role is ideal for someone who wants to actively participate in the growth of the business, contribute to strategic decisions, build a loyal client base, and share in the success of the clinic. Responsibilities - Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including neuromodulators and dermal fillers - Conduct comprehensive client consultations - Develop customized treatment plans - Deliver exceptional client care and treatment outcomes - Maintain detailed and accurate client records - Assist with treatment protocols and service development - Participate in marketing initiatives, social media content, and community events - Help drive business growth through client acquisition and retention - Contribute ideas and leadership to support clinic expansion Qualifications - Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in Ontario - Certified and experienced in cosmetic injectables - Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment - Excellent communication and consultation skills - Established client base is considered an asset - Passion for aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and entrepreneurship - Strong leadership and business-development mindset What We Offer - Working Partner opportunity - Competitive compensation structure - Revenue-sharing opportunities - Marketing and business-growth support - Prospect to help shape the future direction of the clinic - Collaborative and supportive environment - Access to a growing luxury medical aesthetics brand Who We're Looking For We are seeking someone who wants to build something meaningful.
