Denture Treatment Advisor (North York)

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Denture Case Support Specialist to join our North York location. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in dentures, who excels in customer interaction, planning, and resolving concerns proactively. Duties and responsibilities - Communicate directly with dentists regarding case details, concerns, and solutions - Provide comprehensive support and guidance to clients on denture-related inquiries - Coordinate planning and scheduling of denture cases, ensuring timely case delivery - Act as the primary contact point for customer concerns, swiftly addressing issues - Collaborate closely with technicians and department leads to manage case workflows - Document client interactions, feedback, and solutions clearly and professionally - Continuously seek opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and efficiency Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in the dental lab or denture industry - Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills - Extensive knowledge of denture processes and terminology - Ability to troubleshoot case issues and proactively offer solutions - Excellent proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) - Comfortable using computer systems for scheduling and documentation Perks - Dental care - Extended health care - Vision care - Positive and supportive team environment - Coffee, weekly donuts, arcade, and social events - Convenient location, 15-minute walk from Subway; onsite parking Job type - Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts - This role is for a vacant position. - Artificial Intelligence (AI) is not used to screen, assess, or select applicants in our hiring process.
