Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Listing Department Administrator to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing property listings, coordinating communications, and supporting the overall efficiency of the department. Duties Manage and update property listings across multiple platforms with accuracy and timeliness Coordinate with agents, clients, and vendors to gather necessary documentation and information Assist in marketing efforts by preparing promotional materials and online content strong technical/computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly with supervision Maintain organized records of listings, contracts, and related documents Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and managing correspondence Requirements Verifiable computer and technical skills - ability to learn current programs quickly without supervision.
