At the Anderson Way location, the Insurance Advisor will engage with clients, educating them on various insurance products. Westland places a strong emphasis on continuous growth and development, supporting staff with financial assistance for certification training. You will play a critical role in enhancing customer relations and expanding Westland's community reach.

Key Responsibilities:• Promote insurance products to potential clients • Build and maintain client relationships effectively • Ensure outstanding customer service for retention • Assess client needs and act as their advocate • Utilize underwriting principles to guide clients

Requirements:• 6 months or more in the insurance field • Active pursuit of insurance broker level 1 license or CAIB/CIP • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets • Strong time management and organizational capabilities • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
