Server (Revelstoke)

Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Previous restaurant experience is preferred, along with familiarity with POS systems. This role offers an exciting chance to develop hospitality skills, engage with guests, and contribute to a memorable dining experience. Duties - Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems. - Provide exceptional guest services by addressing customer needs promptly and professionally. - Handle food safely and maintain sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations. - Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed. - Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities efficiently, including basic math calculations for bills and change. - Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. - Explain the special menu items to guests. - Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and workstations in compliance with sanitation standards. - Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedule and complete the tasks efficiently. - Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction. - Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
