Elevate client service as an Insurance Client Care Associate on our Renewal Team, focusing on habitational, automobile, and travel insurance. Work proactively to protect clients' valuable assets through effective policy management and education. You will connect with clients prior to policy renewals to review their coverage and identify any gaps. This role demands strong communication and organizational skills as you nurture client relationships and provide personalized attention throughout the renewal process.
