Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent for the morning shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) to join our team. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities. Assist with reservations and modifications using hotel management software. Address guest concerns or complaints professionally and effectively. Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible. Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences. Perform administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel setting is a plus. Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed. A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
