Restaurant and Bar Manager (Nakusp)

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Restaurant & Bar Manager on behalf of our client in Nakusp, BC. This year-round role is responsible for leading Tavern front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and contributing to overall profitability. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences. - Pay Rate: $54,000 - $56,000 annually - Location: Nakusp, BC - Job type: Permanent | Full-time Responsibilities: - Partner with the leadership team to achieve Food & Beverage financial goals and key performance indicators - Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to front-of-house staff - Manage staff scheduling and ensure appropriate staffing levels based on business demands - Oversee inventory control, ordering processes, and cost management initiatives - Ensure consistent delivery of service standards aligned with brand expectations - Maintain compliance with liquor licensing regulations and applicable laws - Develop and execute drink menus, features, and promotional initiatives - Support Occupational Health & Safety standards in collaboration with the Food & Beverage Manager, including WorkSafeBC and WHMIS compliance Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in the Food & Beverage industry - Valid Food Safe Certificate - Serving It Right (BC) certification required - Robust leadership, organizational, and communication skills - Proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment - Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service - Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle - Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada Are you interested in this position?
