Position Overview The HR&Office Manager is the operational backbone of Amity Exteriors. This role blends HR administration, office operations, payroll coordination, and team culture— ensuring the internal functions of the business run smoothly so field and project teams can focus on delivering exceptional work.

Key Responsibilities HR&People Management

Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding

Maintain employee records, contracts, certifications, and HR documentation

Administer benefits, vacation tracking, and leaves of absence

Support performance review processes and document outcomes

Lead onboarding and orientation for new hires across field and office teams

Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with Amity's values

Payroll&Financial Administration

Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time

Track hours, overtime, and piece-work records for field employees

Liaise with accounting/bookkeeper for AP, AR, and expense tracking

Assist with invoice processing and vendor account management

Office Operations

Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and general administrative functions

Maintain company-wide filing systems (digital and physical)

Support leadership with scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting preparation

Maintain compliance documentation: WCB, insurance, certifications, and permits

Assist with drafting communications, reports, and internal policies
