This full-time role focuses on supporting both the Commercial Client Advisor and Client Executive. You will oversee document processing, invoicing, and managing client requests while working to address ongoing needs and improving service plans.

Key Responsibilities:• Support documentation and invoicing processes for clients • Communicate effectively with clients to assess insurance needs • Prepare and send necessary insurance certificates • Maintain organized client documentation and activity lists • Engage in team meetings to discuss pending client matters

Requirements:• Pursuing Level 2 BC Broker License • Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite • Knowledgeable in EPIC and Policy Works software • Strong problem-solving abilities • Ability to work under changing priorities
