About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at Belron Canada, you will own the customer’s experience while ensuring the Service Centre operates smoothly. You’ll work both administratively and directly with the public, being the glue that keeps everything running. Responsibilities

Complete the administration required to keep the Service Centre running seamlessly. Add value to customers and identify opportunities to boost store performance. Work with insurance partners to help customers get the best value for their money. Delight customers by vacuuming vehicle interiors, cleaning windows, and assisting with small windshield repairs.Shuttle vehicles to and from the repair shop. Qualifications

Experience helping people in retail, hospitality, or tourism (no formal education required). Valid Class5 driver’s license and ability to work at different Belron Canada locations within your specified geographic area. Strong customer‑centric attitude and excellent communication skills. Benefits

Pay range of $21.50–$26.90 per hour, determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
