Customer Support & Operations Coordinator (Victoria)

Sepura Home is a fast-growing Canadian hardware startup rethinking how food waste is handled in the kitchen. We’re looking for a Customer Support & Operations Coordinator to join our small team and help support customers as we continue to grow. This role is primarily remote, but applicants must be based in or near Victoria, BC, as occasional in-office work is required for shipping products and replacement parts. What You’ll Do - Support customers through email, phone, and live chat - Help troubleshoot product, installation, and shipping questions - Coordinate occasional product and replacement-part shipments - Maintain customer records and help improve support processes - Work closely with leadership in a rapid-paced startup environment We’re Looking For Someone Who Is - Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented - A strong communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people - Comfortable working independently and solving problems - Excited by startups and learning new things Qualifications - Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred - 1 year of customer service or administrative experience preferred - Comfortable with Google Workspace tools - CRM experience is an asset (especially Gorgias) - Interest in home improvement, consumer products, or startups is a bonus Additional Information This role is supported through a government-funded youth employment program, and applicants will need to meet the program eligibility requirements.
