Service Journeyperson Electrician – Victoria, BC Compensation: $40–$43 per hour, immediately eligible for health and dental perks, and RRSP matching after one year. Responsibilities Troubleshooting of all electrical components Professionalism in customer service Reading and interpreting drawings and schematics Testing and measurement with multimeters, megger, etc. Present a positive, can‑do attitude in the workplace and with clients Recent installation of electrical components in residential and commercial structures Renovation/addition to all styles of electrical systems in residential and commercial structures Instruction and leadership of apprentices Being punctual and reliable on worksites Understanding of Arc Flash and Lock‑out/Tag‑out procedures Qualifications Service experience required Experience in all other electrical fields is an asset Red‑Seal Journeyperson Electrician required Valid Class B FSR an asset – must be willing to obtain it Extensive knowledge of CEC Basic hand tools, multimeter, and cordless power tools Valid class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract Valid safety tickets are an asset (e.g., First Aid, Fall Pro, AWP, Confined Space, Arc Flash) Basic computer skills Willingness to work out of town, on call, longer shifts, and/or evening/night shifts J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2o8c68
