You will establish practice standards for both inpatient and outpatient physiotherapy, supporting clinicians with educational strategies. A valid Class 5 Driver’s License is required as some travel is involved to consult and mentor staff across the region. Key Responsibilities: • Establish practice standards for physiotherapy services • Develop and implement educational support strategies • Provide regional clinical practice guidance to physiotherapists • Promote a coaching culture to enhance care practice • Travel to various locations as necessary for operational needs Requirements: • Graduated from an accredited Physiotherapy program • Registered with the College of Physical Therapists of BC • Three years of relevant physiotherapy experience • Eligible for membership with the CPA • Hold a valid Class 5 Driver's License Drive improvement and clinical excellence in patient care through this vital support role.
