We are seeking experienced applicants who have a passion for providing quality hospitality. Summary of Responsibilities: Prepare and plate dishes for service, observing Boom + Batten’s recipes and pre-determined portion sizes Work with and support the culinary team to produce high quality dishes consistently Assist in food tracking and storage controls Operate all kitchen equipment and always conduct yourself with safety in mind Making adjustments to safely accommodate guests with specific diet and health requirements Comply with all Food Secure and Work Safe BC regulations The Chosen Applicant Will: Have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Must possess valuable attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure A minimum of 2 years experience working in a full-service restaurant Able to work in a fast-paced setting Posses a flexible schedule We Offer: Flexible Schedules Free Meal each Shift Compensation: Starting wage is $22 per hour and following a successful three month probation period applicants will be bumped to $23 per hour. Additional weekly tip outs are available as well.
