Duties - Greet guests promptly and courteously, creating a welcoming atmosphere - Take food and beverage orders accurately using Micros POS or similar systems - Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards - Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties - Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times - Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tables, bar, and service stations - Assist in setting up and breaking down service areas before and after shifts - Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through strong time management skills - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally - Uphold food industry standards for hygiene, safety, and quality assurance Requirements - Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles - Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is highly desirable - Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor - Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures - Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and billing purposes - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently - Basic understanding of the food industry operations and hospitality principles - Must be able to serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with applicable laws and regulations - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed This position offers an engaging work setting where teamwork, professionalism, and guest satisfaction are prioritized.
