Description
Project Manager – Construction (Victoria, BC) Lead projects from preconstruction through completion, owning schedule, budget, and execution. Work closely with internal teams, consultants, and trades to deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget. Responsibilities: - Manage full project lifecycle from kickoff to closeout - Oversee contract administration (CCDC, RFIs, submittals, change orders) - Track budgets, forecasts, progress draws, and cost control - Develop and maintain project schedules with site teams - Coordinate consultants, clients, and trade partners - Support estimating, tendering, and value engineering - Lead meetings, resolve issues, and drive project progress - Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met Requirements: - 3–5 years’ experience in construction/project management - Commercial or mixed-use project exposure - Robust communication, organization, and leadership skills - Proficiency in construction software (Procore an asset) Compensation: $110,000 to $125,000 Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ogbwz
