Construction Worker (Victoria)

Full-time | Victoria Cornerstone Maintenance Services, an Associa company, is hiring a Construction Worker to join our Victoriabased team. We provide general maintenance, repairs, renovations, and 24hour emergency response services for residential and commercial properties. This is a handson role suited to someone with practical maintenance skills who enjoys problemsolving and working in the field. Whatyoulldo Complete general building maintenance and repairs Assistwith and perform renovations, including carpentry, drywall, water damage remediation, and door installation/repairs Diagnose issues anddeterminenext steps Follow written and verbal work instructions Document completed work Represent the company professionally on site Lift and move tools and materials (up to 50lbs) Participate in a rotating emergency oncall schedule Requirements Whatwerelooking for Experience in general maintenance, building maintenance, renovations, or similar hands on work Must have: Valid drivers license with a clear driving record and access to a vehiclefor work, including driving to our clients homes Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problemsolving skills and adaptability Basic organization, time management, and documentation skills Willingness to provide a criminal record check Willingness to wear a company uniform Ability to participate in an on-call rotation Not required, but considered strong assets: Door installation and repair experience Water loss remediation experience Red Seal certification You do not need to meet every requirement to apply.
